Cypriot club AEL Limassol has bolstered their attacking options with the signing of Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Toku on a season-long loan from Belgian side OH Leuven.
The 24-year-old completed the move on Friday after successfully passing his medical examination.
Toku brings a wealth of experience to AEL Limassol, having previously played for Fremad Amager.
Last season, he played a crucial role in AaB Fodbold’s promotion to the Danish Superligaen during a loan spell, contributing one goal in 20 games across all competitions.
Despite his impressive performances, AaB Fodbold opted not to sign him permanently, leading to his return to OH Leuven.
Toku is now eager to make a significant impact in Cyprus with AEL Limassol and prove himself in a new challenge.
