Asante Kotoko will be without trio Soulama Abdoulaye, Joseph Ochaya and Rashid Sumaila for their MTN FA Cup semi-final against Amidaus Professionals on Sunday.
Ochaya and Soulama have joined the Uganda and Burkina Faso squad respectively for the upcoming 2014 World Cup qualifiers next weekend while defender Rashid Sumaila is with the Black Stars in Ethiopia.
Kotoko have targeted winning a double this season – the Ghana Premier League title and the FA Cup and overcome new-boys Amidaus Professionals at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
However coach Didi Dramani will miss the services of the trio who are all regulars for the Porcupine Warriors.
Soulama, the first choice goalkeeper was not involved in their 2-1 win over Heart of Lions in mid-week same as full-back Ochaya but Rashid Sumaila played full throttle before flying to Addis Ababba with the Black Stars.
Dramani must turn to other options available as second choice shot-stopper Isaac Amoako is set to man the post.
He is also likely to find suitable replacements for Ochaya and Sumaila in the defensive department.
