Thirteen players report to camp ahead of Nigeria, Uganda friendlies

Thirteen players have opened camp in Marrakech, Morocco ahead of Ghana’s two International friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda. The Black Stars will play 2023 Africa Cup of Nations finalists Nigeria on Friday, March 22 before taking on the Cranes of Uganda on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

The team opened camp on Monday, March 18 and did a workout Tuesday morning in preparation for the two games, scheduled for Marrakech.

They include Joseph Wollacott, Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Andre Ayew, Tariq Lamptey and Antoine Semenyo. The rest are Kassim Nuhu (late call up), Abdul Samed Salis, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, Patrick Kpozo, Seidu Alidu, Ernest Nuamah, Jordan Ayew and Denis Odoi.

The Black Stars will hold their first field training Tuesday evening.
