Black Stars trainer Chris Hughton has provided injury update on Mohammed Kudus ahead of Egypt clash in the Africa Cup of Nations stating “he still needs further assessment to fit”.
The attacking midfielder couldn’t make the match day squad for Ghana’s first ffixture against Cape Verde.
The Black Stars engage the Pharaohs on Thursday, hoping to return to winning ways.
“He has trained in the last few days but needs further assessment to be passed fit for tomorrow’s game” Hughton told the press.
Kudus has been in fine form this season, having scored 10 goals for West Ham
