Ghana Premier League giants, Hearts of Oak have wrapped up the acquisition oof attacking midfielder, Martin Karikari.

The highly rated left footed playmaker has put pen to paper on a five-year contract with the Phobians.

Karikari’s talents will now shine in the colors of Hearts of Oak, transitioning from Division One outfit Asekem FC, just in time for the imminent kickoff of the upcoming season.

Karikari’s flair caught the discerning eyes of the former champions of the Ghana Premier League as he made a lasting impact at Asekem. His astounding performance, which included netting 12 goals in the previous season, underlined his prowess.

As preparations gain momentum for the approaching season, the Accra-based club has made further inroads in the transfer market. Not only have they secured Karikari’s signature, but also those of his teammates Evans Adomako and Raphael Amponsah. This strategic move underscores the Phobians’ dedication to fortify their squad.

The squad enhancements don’t stop there, with Leviticus Arthur and Kelvin Osei Assibey making their way to the Rainbow club from Tamale City and Techiman Eleven Wonders, respectively.

The 2023/24 season is set to ignite with fervor as Hearts of Oak commence their journey with an away fixture in Tamale, locking horns with Real Tamale United.
