Asante Kotoko SC interim trainer Abdulai Gazale has send a strong warning to King Faisal ahead of outstanding fixture after defeating Real Tamale United at home.
The Porcupine Warriors humiliated the Pride of the North, by four unanswered goals on Sunday night at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
With Augustine Agyapong getting the opener, Steven Mukwala scored brace before Brazilian forward Medeiros De Souza got on the scoresheet as Kotoko walloped recorded an emphatic win.
Kotoko will face King Faisal FC in an outstanding game, and Gazale is hoping his side replicate their good performance from the previous game.
“We are not going to joke with that particular match because whiles you are playing you look at the table, ” Gazale said.
“Currently we rank fifth and definitely if we are able to win that particular match we may shoot up to either the second position or the third position,” the tactician told StarTimes.
The game which was originally scheduled for Sunday, March 12, will kick off at 6:00pm on Wednesday.
