Veteran Football Administrator Fred Pappoe has confirmed that he will not contest in the 2023 elections for the Ghana Football Association presidency.
Pappoe, who was the former GFA Vice President, contested for the position in the 2019 election, but lost to reigning head, Kurt Okraku.
But Kurt’s tenure will be decided later this year in October where Congress will meet to vote.
“I’m not dreaming of becoming the Ghana FA President again. I’m getting older and I need to focus on other things,” he said in an interview with Asempa FM.
