Chelsea will head into their final Champions League game with Dinamo Zagreb at Stamford Bridge with a place in the knockout rounds already set to come following on Kai Havertz’s fantastic winning goal in Austria last week against RB Salzburg.
Chelsea would go 1-0 up in the game, but soon fell to a 1-1 draw with only a few minutes left on the clock.

However, the German poised himself on the edge of the box as he came up with the goods once more in the Champions League for Chelsea, almost two years after winning the competition for them.
The Blues are also heading into this game knowing that Zagreb defeated them 1-0 in Croatia last time out which saw the end of Thomas Tuchel at the Chelsea helm before Graham Potter came into this side.
Zagreb are, however, despite registering that famous win on home soil, only fighting for a spot in the Europa League and third place in this group.
The HNL.1 giants cannot move above the Serie A champions AC Milan because of the head-to-head record that also sees an inferior goals difference on the Italian side too. Worse yet, Zagreb lost over the weekend too in what was a rare defeat in Croatia this season.
As for Chelsea, they were dealt their first loss under Potter over the past weekend, and of course it had to come against his former employers, Brighton & Hove Albion.
Potter’s side were dismantled from start to finish and lost 4-1 as the club went 3-0 down in the first half from two own goals. Havertz was a goalscorer for the club once again, but Potter’s men were never really in with a chance of even getting a draw.
Edouard Mendy is expected back in the side now that Kepa is out injured after picking up a knock and coming off in the game against Brighton.
Kalidou Koulibaly, N’Golo Kante, Reece James and Wesley Fofafa are all key names missing for Chelsea over the coming weeks. This could now see names like Denis Zakaria and Ben Chilwell come into the side, while youngster Omari Hutchinson, may also get some game time.
Forebet predicts a win here for Chelsea and for the game to see over 2.5 goals.
