The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) PLC has extended its relationship with Swedru All Blacks Football Club, continuing as the club’s official banking and matchday sponsor for the 2026/27 season.
The renewed agreement was announced at a short ceremony at ADB’s head office in Accra on Monday, October 19, 2026.
ADB Deputy Managing Director in charge of Services, Professor Ferdinand Ahiakpor, said the bank was pleased to remain involved with one of Ghana’s oldest football clubs.
He said the partnership reflected ADB’s wider aim of developing strategic relationships while supporting communities.
Professor Ahiakpor added that the two organisations shared a commitment to transformation, innovation and excellence. He said Swedru All Blacks were seeking to restore their past standing, while ADB was working towards its objective of becoming one of the top three banks in Ghana.
As part of the renewed arrangement, ADB also promised further incentives to encourage the club during the season.
Swedru All Blacks Club President Stephen Atto Quayson and Communications Director Nathaniel Obeng represented the club at the ceremony and welcomed the continuation of the partnership.
Obeng said the deal had come at an important time for the club and would deliver both financial and psychological benefits as Swedru All Blacks aim to improve their competitiveness in the Ghana Premier League.
The club have made a positive start to the 2026/27 campaign, taking 11 points from their opening seven matches.
They have also recorded consecutive victories against Asante Kotoko and Karela United.
Swedru All Blacks, known as the Black Magicians, are currently seventh in the league table. The club expects the backing from ADB to provide further support as it pursues its targets for the season.
