Ghana captain Jordan Ayew was unplayable in the Black Stars’ 4-0 win over Trinidad and Tobago, scoring his 31st national team goal and setting up two.
Ayew opened the scoring for Ghana against Trinidad and Tobago when he left fly from distance inside the opening five minutes.
The floodgates opened after, with Razak Simpson, Mohammed Fuseini and Lawrence Agyekum getting on the act.
Simpson was on hand to head in his first Black Stars goal from a Jordan corner, giving Ghana a 2-0 lead before the break.
The Black Stars’ advantage was increased to three when, on a day of scoring first goals, Mohammed Fuseini dispatched his effort into Trinidad and Tobago’s net.
Ayew carried on from where he left off in March’s international break, where he was scoring and assisting for fun.
