As part of activities lined up ahead of the Black Stars participation in the FIFA World Cup to be staged in Qatar, the Ghana Football Association will visit the central mosque in Accra on Friday, November 4th to observe Jummah Prayers.
This special prayer will be led by the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu.
Ghana qualified for the global showpiece after defeating West African rivals Nigeria in the playoffs earlier this year.
The Black Stars will making their fourth appearance in Qatar after missing the 2018 edition in Russia.
Ghana are pitted in Group H alongside Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea.
The World Cup is set to take place between November 21 and December 18, 2022
