Yussif Mohammed Nurudeen has expressed his joy after completing his ‘dream’ transfer to Asante Kotoko.
The centre-back joined the Porcupine Warriors on a three-year deal after spending two seasons with Real Tamale United.
Yussif who is a member of the Black Galaxies is no-nonsense defender with tremendous athleticism, and a unique disciplinary record as he avoided a booking last season.
“This is a big club and a great opportunity for me to achieve my dream. I am very happy to join the family, and I look forward to winning trophies” he told the club’s website in his first interview.
Head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum will be counting on his experience to stabilise the backline in the upcoming campaign.
Yussif has joined the rest of the Kotoko squad for preseason.
