Yunus Musah has reacted to his penalty miss and Valencia’s defeat to Real Betis in the Copa del Rey final.
The midfielder, who missed the penalty that resulted in Betis’ win, left the game disappointed and with a lost expression, getting support from his teammates but obviously shaken by the error.
Yunus Musah took to Instagram two nights after the game to post:
“I wanted to thank you all for the innumerable signs of affection you have shown me since Saturday night. I love this badge and I wanted to help the team at such an important moment,”
“Seeing my teammates, staff and fans crying hurts a lot, but I promise you that I will continue to do my best to bring you great joy . Together, this great group and fans, we will achieve great things,” he explained.
