B.C Rangers striker Yakubu Nassam Ibrahim continued his impressive goalscoring form by scoring a late equalizer in his side’s thrilling 2-2 draw against Standard Rangers in the Sapling Cup.

The former Ghana U-20 attacker has now scored in three consecutive games for B.C Rangers, taking his tally to 18 goals and 7 assists in 22 games across all competitions this season.

The game started poorly for B.C Rangers, who went down 1-0 in the first half after Tsui Isaac scored for Standard Rangers in the 2nd minute. Standard Rangers looked set to take all three points when Lamlok Jerry added a second goal in the 47th minute.

However, B.C Rangers refused to give up and pulled one back in the 82nd minute through Kamigata Yosuke.

With time running out, it was Yakubu Nassam Ibrahim who stepped up to score the all-important equalizer in the 86th minute, sending the B.C Rangers fans into wild jubilations.
