Defender Daniel Amartey says Ghana have mapped out a strategy to “stop” Son Heung-min in their upcoming clash in the ongoing FIFA World Cup.

Ghana will lock horns with South Korea on Monday at 13:00GMT at Education city Stadium.

The Black Stars have already conceded three goals in their opener against Portugal with attackers Cristiano Ronaldo, Rafael Leao and João Félix all netting.

The encounter against the Asians will mean Otto Addo’s side will have to be better defensively and deal with the threat of their star forward Son Heung-min.

“I know Son Heung-min. We play in the English Premier League and we have a strategy to stop him.” Daniel Amartey told media ahead of South Korea clash.

Ghana lost 3-2 to Portugal in the group H first game whiles South Korea shared points with Uruguay in their first game.
