Midfielder Mohammed Kudus believes Ghana had a good performance in their World Cup campaign in Qatar “regardless of the results.”
The Black Stars lost 3-2 to Portugal in their opener and 2-0 to Uruguay in between attained a win over South Korea Republic in a five-goal thriller.
This led to their exit from the group stages after gaining only three points.
But Kudus is satisfied with the display of his side.
“From this World Cup, we saw a good performance, regardless of the results we had a good performance from the whole team and there are a lot of young guys coming up from the team and I think the future is so good,” Mohammed Kudus told the media after he was honour by Hon. Okyere Darko.
“Is a good lesson for me personally also first tournament and almost 90% of the guys are in the squad so is a lesson that we take at this big stage and we hope to do better in the our games and the next work cup.”He added.
The highly-rated midfielder scored two goals for Ghana at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
