Coach Karim Zito has appealed to the Ghana Football Association to maintain the current Black Stars Technical team, regardless of the stage they will get to at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
According to Coach Zito, the senior national team handlers should be given more time to prepare the team capable of winning trophies in subsequent tournaments.
“I wish we can maintain this Technical team for long and Ghana will surely win Gold at the African level,” Coach Zito told kickoffghana.com.
“I can see a strong bond between the current technical team and the playing body and that’s a healthy development for the team. So far this is one of the strongest Black Stars Technical team we have hard in the pass years.” He added
Coach Abdul Karim Zito won Gold for Ghana as head coach at the U-20 Championship in Mauritania 2021.
The Black Stars have stepped up preparation for the crucial clash against Uruguay on December 2.
