Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon has lauded his players for their spirited display in the 2-0 victory over FC Samartex in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday
The Still Believe lads put in a commanding performance at the Tuba Astro Turf, scoring in each half to hand Samartex their first defeat of the campaign.
Speaking to Dreams FC TV, Dormon expressed satisfaction with the result but admitted there is still room for improvement.
“I think generally it was a decent performance. The result was appreciated. We scored a goal in either half, but I have to admit we have many things to correct. Overall, it was a good performance, a good result, but we still have a lot to do,” he said.
The win lifted Dreams FC out of the relegation zone, but with just one point separating them from the drop, Dormon stressed the importance of consistency as they prepare to face Karela United in their next fixture.
“We have to build on this and keep improving game by game,” he added.
