Black Stars forward Kamaldeen Sulemana says the team is capable of securing a win when they face South Korea in Tuesday’s international friendly.
Ghana’s meeting with South Korea comes at a crucial time as the team works to rebuild momentum ahead of upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
Ghana lost to Japan, 2-0, and need a response against South Korea to keep the wind in tveir sails ahead of the World Cup.
“I think we’ve got the quality to beat them and we are going to try to do that. It’s an opportunity for each and every one of us to show the world what we are capable of and hopefully we are able to do it tomorrow,” Sulemana said in the lead up to the game.
The Black Stars will square off with South Korea on November 18 as part of their ongoing preparations for next year’s World Cup, looking to end the final international window of 2025 on a high.
