There are several meaningful fixtures in the English Premier League on Sunday as we enter the final round of games this season.
Brighton and Hove Albion welcome West Ham United to the American Express Community Stadium with The Hammers needing a win to have any chance of qualifying for the Europa League next season.

Brighton come into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw at relegation threatened Leeds United last weekend. It appeared The Seagulls had done enough to take maximum points but Leeds United equalised at the end of the match.

Team news and Brighton will be without the injured trio of Enoch Mwepu, Jakub Moder, and Jeremy Sarmiento.
West Ham have doubts over the fitness of Saïd Benrahma but every other player should be fit and available for David Moyes.
West Ham need to win and hope Manchester United drop points to finish in the top six. Brighton have been in good form recently and will provide a tough test.
