A staunch West Ham supporter was seen at the Baba Yara Stadium from England to watch the club’s new signing Mohammed Kudus in Ghana’s AFCON qualifier against Central African Republic.
Kudus joined the Hammers in the summer transfer window from Ajax in a deal worth £38m.
The attacking midfielder made a cameo for David Moyes’ side in West Ham’s 2-1 win over Luton Town.
The 22-year old received a call-up by Ghana coach Chris Hughton and was pivotal in the win over CAR, scoring a stunning free-kick to restore parity before Ernest Nuamah netted the winner, a game watched by the West Ham fan.
Kudus is expected to travel to England and join his West Ham teammates after the international break.
The Hammers have a tough task as they face reigning champions Manchester City at the London Stadium in their next Premier League outing.
