West Ham newboy Kudus fulfills ‘childhood dream’ with Premier League move

West Ham United new signing Mohammed Kudus expressed his joy after fulfilling his childhood dream of playing in the English Premier League.

The Ghanaian international joined the Irons in a €46M move from Ajax in the ongoing transfer window.

The talented playmaker put pen to paper on a five-year contract that will keep him at the London Stadium until 2028.

As he prepares to don the revered No14 shirt for the team, Kudus reflects on the journey that led him to this moment and his unwavering commitment to making the most of this opportunity.

“I’ve been dreaming to play in a league like this since I was a kid,” said the 23 year old in his first interview with the Hammers.

“I’ve been dreaming of this moment and I’m so happy to be here. But it doesn’t stop here, I want to keep going.

“I try my best to entertain the fans as I think that’s what football is all about. I’m just here to do my best and help the team. I’m really happy to be here. I will fight for the badge. I can’t wait to get started.”
