We won’t take Huracanes for granted – Ampem Darkoa coach

Ampem Darkoa Ladies head coach, Joe Nana Adarkwah has vowed his side will not take things’ for granted in their next fixture against Huracanes in the CAF Women’s Champions League.

The Ghanaian club defeated defending champions AS FAR in their first group game, heavily lost to Malian gaint AS Mande which was a blow to their last four qualification hopes.

A win against Huracanes will guarantee their progression to semis finals.

“All the clubs representing here are champions from their zone’s, so we are not going to take things for granted, because any of them can surprise us just like what happened in our game against AS FAR, so is a game and anything can happen,” Joe Adarkwa said.

“We need to be determined, discipline and strong on the pitch to be able to secure qualification to the next stage of the competition.

The clash comes off at the Amadou Gon Coulibaly stadium in Ivory Coast on Sunday at exactly 20:00GMT.
