We expect fans to support us against Monaco – Osman Bukari

Midfielder Osman Bukari feels confident ahead of Red Star Belgrade’s match against Monaco in Monte Carlo. When Milos Milojevic’s side visits Monaco on Thursday, they will have the chance to guarantee the continuation of the tournament in Europe.

Bukari also hopes Red Star Belgarde fans will support the team on Thursday.

“We feel great and are currently on a scoring spree. We want to bring joy to our fans, we know there will be many of them in the stands in Monte Carlo. I’m sure the atmosphere will be amazing, we all live for these games, both players and fans. In previous years, Zvezda recorded historic results, fans expect the same on Thursday,”

“It’s up to us to fight until the referee’s final whistle and make the stars proud,”

Red Star is currently fourth in the table with six points, the same number as Trabzon, Monaco is second with seven, while Ferencvaros finished the group stage as the first-placed team, regardless of the outcome of their match against the champion of Turkey.

In the event of victory in the Principality, the Red and Whites will certainly continue their participation in the Conference League, and perhaps also in the Europa League. It depends on the result of the second game.
