We are hungry for success and will work to achieve it – Hearts of Oak midfielder Abdul-Aziz Nurudeen

Hearts of Oak midfielder, Abdul-Aziz Nurudeen has insisted that they are bent on achieving success despite the torrid campaign they are experiencing.

The Phobians currently sit 11th on the Premier League log with 18 points after 16 games played into the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League campaign.

Hearts of Oak have recorded three wins, nine draws and four defeats and are without a substantive head coach following the exit of Martin Koopman.

Speaking ahead of their Matchday 17 clash with Bchem United, the enterprising midfielder said they are focused on the game and are bent on achieving success despite the difficulties.

“Our game against Bechem United is what we are focused on,” he told the club website.

“We are hungry for success and we will continue to work hard to achieve it,” he added.

The Hearts of Oak v Bechem United game will be staged at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday with kick-off scheduled at 15:00GMT.
