The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced free entry for fans attending the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (Wafcon) qualifier match between Ghana’s Black Queens and Egypt at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday, October 28.
The return leg promises to be an electrifying encounter, with Ghana holding a commanding 3-0 advantage from the first leg in Ismailia.
The Black Queens, led by coach Kim Lars Björkgren, will aim to maintain their impressive form and secure qualification for the continental showpiece in Morocco.
Ghana’s victory in the first leg, courtesy of goals from Doris Boaduwaa, Mary Amponsah, and Grace Asantewaa, has put them in a strong position heading into the second leg.
The GFA, in collaboration with MTN and KGL, has unveiled a vibrant campaign poster urging supporters to “Come, Support and Cheer the Queens On!” as part of efforts to rally massive home backing for the team.
Fans are encouraged to fill the Accra Sports Stadium to support the Black Queens as they push for qualification and make a statement in African women’s football.
