Samuel Inkoom scored his first goal for Hearts of Oak in their 1-1 draw against Elmina Sharks at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The defender who was has handed his second start scored his first goal via a free kick in the second minute of the game.
Hearts of Oak took charge of the game but failed to convert them into goals in the game and paid dearly for it.
Sharks restored parity in the 28th minute when Michael Asamoah put the ball in the net after going one on one with goalkeeper Richard Ayi.
The draw leaves Hearts of Oak 15 points behind first-placed Asante Kotoko.
