Mohammed Kudus continued his fine form with a goal and an assist as Ajax travelled to defeat Heerenveen 4-2 in the 2022/23 Dutch Eredivisie on Sunday.
The 22-year-old set the tone for victory with the opening goal in the 10th minute – his 11th in the league.
Kudus then provided an assist for Edson Álvarez to double the lead 6 minutes later
Steven Bergwijn made it 3-0 in the 19th while the hosts pulled one back three minutes before halftime through Pelle van Amersfoort.
Seven minutes into the second half, Kenneth Taylor restored the three-goal lead for Ajax.
Ajax are second in the standings with 55 points from 25 matches.
Kudus was named King of the Match.
