Abdul Fatawu Issahaku scored his first goal for Sporting’s B team in a 3-2 loss to Oliveira Hospital on Saturday.
The 18 year old registered his name on the scoresheet on the hour mark with a trademark finish to make it 2-1 for his side before the two goals from Patrick Patrick in the 77th and 84th minute won the game for the host.
Issahaku will now switch his focus to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The winger is expected to play a key role for Ghana at the global showpiece which kicks off in eight days.
