Asante Kotoko fans bellowed insults and booed the team bus after their CAF Champions League preliminary stage exit against RC Kadiogo on Sunday.
The Porcupine Warriors were dumped out of the competition at the Baba Yara Stadium on penalties following a 1-1 aggregate scoreline.
After the match, hundreds of irate fans gathered outside the stadium to register their displeasure.
Boos and some swear words were heard as the team bus trundled slowly past the fans.
It has been 16-long years since the two-time CAF Champions League winners, Asante Kotoko made into the pool stages of Africa’s elite inter-club competition.
