Unity helped Black Galaxies to qualify for 2023 CHAN – David Abagna

Ghanaian international, David Abagna has disclosed that the unity in the camp of the Black Galaxies helped the team to qualify for the 2023 CHAN tournament.

In the final playoff round of the qualifiers to next year’s tournament, Ghana was drawn against eternal rivals Nigeria.

In the first leg of the game in Ghana, the Black Galaxies defeated the Super Eagles B team 2-0 in Cape Coast.

At the end of the reverse fixture played in Abuja on Sunday, Nigeria also defeated Ghana by the same scoreline.

With the game heading into the penalty shootout, the Black Galaxies triumphed to secure qualification for the 2023 CHAN tournament.

Speaking on the Original Super Sports Show today, David Abagna has opened up on the secrete to the team’s success.

“We are a very united group. We are very very united and it played out in our qualification. There is a clear plan to everything,” the Real Tamale United poster boy who has been key for the Black Galaxies in the qualifiers said.

The 2023 CHAN will be staged in Algeria.
