Transfer: Kwasi Donsu joins Tarxien Rainbows after Medeama exit

Ghanaian midfielder Kwasi Donsu has signed for Maltese Premier League side Tarxien Rainbows FC ahead of the 2025/26 season.

The 29-year-old, who recently parted ways with Medeama SC, returns to Malta after previous spells with Sirens FC and Mġarr United. Donsu is expected to strengthen Tarxien’s midfield with his experience and creativity.

“His versatility will be a valuable addition to our squad,” the club said in an official statement.

Though often referred to as a striker, Donsu is best known for his role as an attacking midfielder. His performances in the Maltese Challenge League last season caught the eye of Tarxien, who moved quickly to secure his signature.

The move is part of Tarxien Rainbows’ ongoing efforts to reinforce their squad for the current campaign.
