Tottenham are set to raid Aston Villa for the services of midfielder John McGinn.
The player has been a consistent figure at Villa Park and has been linked with a move away from Villa before but nothing is yet to happen concerning any move with his display, he feels that he deserves to be in a bigger club in the Premier League.
Reports from the Telegraph now say that Spurs are interested in the player as Antonio Conte continues with his revamp but will face opposition from Manchester United.
Conte wants new faces in the team ahead of a potential return to the Champions League next season and feels that the Scotland international energy is something he will need in his midfield.
While Spurs might offer Champions League football, the chance to earn more and play for a prestigious club like Man United might prove too hard to turn down; the club is set to participate in the Europa League under a new manager too.
But should United fail to beat Crystal Palace and West Ham see off Brighton, the Hammers will nick sixth place and that would see the Red Devils play in the Europa Conference League next term.
The links come at a time when Spurs are looking to turn Dejan Kulusevski, Rodrigo Bentancur, and Cristian Romero all into permanent deals.
