WAFU has appointed Ghana Football Association Senior Communications Manager, Abdul Kadir Tophic, as the Media Officer for the 2025 U20 WAFU B Championship.
The regional youth tournament will run from July 10 to 23 at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
Tophic’s appointment reflects confidence in Ghana’s capacity to deliver a well-organised event. With vast experience in football communications, he has been instrumental in shaping the GFA’s media strategy and public image.
The championship will feature top U20 national teams from across West Africa competing for regional glory.
