The Ghana Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee has charged three Nations FC players; Rabin Ousman Sanon, Kofi Mensah, and Emmanuel Annor; for misconduct during their league clash with Basake Holy Stars.
The players are accused of breaching Article 12(1)(i) of the GFA Disciplinary Code and Article 34(6)(d) of the Premier League Regulations following a chaotic match that saw Nations FC abandon the game in the first half while trailing 1-0, moments after conceding a second penalty.
Rabin Sanon and Kofi Mensah are alleged to have assaulted match officials, while Mensah and Annor reportedly caused damage to the tunnel and dressing room gate at the Ampain A.A.K II Park.
The trio have until Friday, June 13, 2025, to respond to the charges.
