This is a massive, massive game. City are the favourites in the odds but at the Santiago Bernabeu, City just cannot be the favourites. But it’s very, very tight to pick between them.
City are unbeaten in 25 games now in all competitions. I’ve found it surprising that they’ve fallen behind in 18 Premier League games this season, so they’re not as watertight defensively as they have been over recent years.
Real Madrid have scored 10 goals over their last three in La Liga, so they’re doing quite well. England’s Jude Bellingham has not score though since February 10th, when he scored two against Girona who are now third in the league. Real haven’t played since March 31st when they beat Athletic Bilbao 2-0 at home so they’ll be plenty rested for this and they’ve in very decent form.
I’m sitting on the fence for this one, although I should be very much in City’s favour, I’m going for the Desmond Tuto, a 2-2 Draw, so I’m backing Over 3.5 Goals and Both Teams to Score.
I’m also backing Vinicius Junior and Erling Haaland to Score and for Kevin De Bruyne to have one or more Shots on Target.
