Thomas Partey appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London today, August 5, 2025, to face charges of rape and sexual assault.
The 32-year-old is accused of five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault involving three women, allegedly occurring between 2021 and 2022.
Partey denies all charges and has cooperated fully with the police and Crown Prosecution Service, according to his lawyer, Jenny Wiltshire.
The investigation began in February 2022 after a report of rape was filed.
Partey’s contract with Arsenal ended on June 30, 2025, and the club has declined to comment further due to ongoing legal proceedings.
