Ghana international, Thomas Partey has returned to his club, Arsenal for pre-season having fully recovered from injury.
The highly-rated midfielder was out for several months after suffering a thigh injury during Arsenal’s shocking 3-0 defeat to Crystal Palace in the English Premier League.
Although there was the possibility that he could play again before the end of the season, Partey never fully recovered and hence missed his team’s last nine matches of the season.
Going through the off-season with the injury, the Black Stars talisman is now back fully fit.
It is a major boost for the club that is already in the market to strengthen its squad for the next football season.
Arsenal will hope the 29-year-old will stay fit to help the team achieve their targets.
