’The future is bright’ – GFA capo Kurt Okraku declares after Black Princesses, Satellites win gold at 13th African Games

President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt Okraku has applauded the Black Princesses and the Black Satellites for their success at the 13th African Games.

The Ghana U20 men’s and women’s national teams have won gold for the country after wins over Uganda and Nigeria in the final of their respective tournaments.

In a post on X on Friday night after the Black Satellites secured their gold, GFA boss Kurt Okraku congratulated the two national teams, adding that the future is bright for the country.

“Congratulations to our Black Princesses & Black Satellites. The future is bright, and mother Ghana is proud of you,” GFA President Kurt Okraku said.

In both the Black Satellites and Black Princesses teams, a number of players have proven themselves at the 13th African Games

They are now being tipped to go on to have outstanding football careers that will see them eventually playing for the senior national teams.
