Dreams FC interim coach Wilfred Dormon says his fate with the club is out of his hands, following a crushing 4-1 defeat to Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
Speaking ton the progress of the team , Dormon; who stepped in after Karim Zito left for Asante Kotoko made it clear that any decision about his future lies solely with the club’s hierarchy.
“I must manage the rest of the games and make sure I keep preparing my team,” he said. “That decision is up to management, not me.”
With three games left in the Ghana Premier League, Dreams FC face a tough finish to the campaign. They are currently 9th on the table with 43 points, and upcoming fixtures against Berekum Chelsea, Accra Lions, and Legon Cities could shape not only their final standing, but potentially Dormon’s coaching future.
“Berekum Chelsea is a very difficult side, Accra Lions are also battling relegation, and we still have Legon Cities to play,” he added. “We need to look forward and focus on those games. So that decision is in the bosom of management.”
Dreams FC will host Berekum Chelsea this Sunday at the Tuba Astroturf, as Dormon continues to guide the team amid growing uncertainty over his long-term role.
