Tamale City attacked by alleged Aduana FC fans

Tamale City have been attacked by alleged Aduana FC supporters on their way to the Northern Region.

The Tamale based club lost 1-0 to Aduana FC at at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park which now sees the “fire club” extend their lead at the top of the Premier League standings.

On their way home, some alleged fans of the home side reportedly attacked the team bus and pelted them with stones which resulted into injuries and broken louvers.

It is unclear what triggered hooligan act.

The Ghana Football Association is expected to probe into the disturbance and offer sanctions to those found culpable.
