The Danish giants thrashed their opponents 3-0 to booked the quarter finals slot in the Super Cup competition.
Mads Hansen handed FC Nordsjaelland the lead on the 11th before Nuamah made two six minutes later.
The Ghanaian striker netted his second of the day to complete the rout.
Nuamah has eight goals and three assists in 18 matches this campaign.
