Midfielder Stephen Amankona has returned to Berekum Chelsea on a permanent deal after Asante Kotoko departure.
Kotoko SC parted ways with the offensive midfielder after one and half season spell.
Amankona joined the Kumasi-based side from Berekum Chelsea in the 2021/22 campaign under the tutelege of former coach Prosper Nartey Ogum.
He was part of the historic team that won the Ghana premier league for Asante Kotoko SC for the first time in eight years.
The 22-years-old featured 21 times for Kotoko SC and has scored only one goal.
