Pascal Struijk gave the visitors an early lead at Selhurst Park before Odsonne Edoaurd and Eberechi Eze scored to turn things around for Patrick Viera’s side.
Schlupp lasted the entire duration while Ayew was replaced by Mitchell five minutes past the hour mark.
The result see Palace move up to 15th on the standings while Leeds drop to 14th.
