Ghana Women’s Premier League campaigners Hasaacas Ladies have strengthened their technical setup with the appointment of former Black Queens forward Samira Suleman as Technical Advisor.
The move forms part of the club’s push to reassert themselves in the title race as the season progresses.
Suleman is no stranger to the Takoradi-based side, having featured for the club during her active playing career before moving abroad.
Reacting to her appointment, she said, “I am deeply honoured to be appointed as the Technical Advisor of Hasaacas Ladies, a club that means a great deal to me.”
“Returning in this capacity feels like coming home, and I’m grateful to the management for the trust and confidence reposed in me.”
The former Ghana international also enjoyed a distinguished spell with the Black Queens, representing the country at several international competitions.
Her return comes with added expertise, having obtained a UEFA A Diploma License last year.
Hasaacas Ladies are currently third in the Southern Zone standings after the first round.
They trail leaders Army Ladies by five points as the title chase begins to take shape.
