FC Samartex have bolstered their attack with the signing of former Kotoku Royals winger Clinton Kumi on a three-year contract.
The 20-year-old, who also featured for Elmina Sharks, joins the Timber Giants as a free agent after impressing at Kotoku Royals despite the club’s struggles.
Known for his blistering pace and direct style, Kumi is expected to add firepower to Samartex’s frontline as they aim to improve on last season’s 7th place finish.
The deal is pending Ghana FA clearance but signals another bold move by coach Christopher Ennin as Samartex reshape their squad for the upcoming campaign.
