The match saw Sam Adams break the deadlock in the 18th minute, giving Aduana a crucial lead going into the break.
Despite Hearts of Oak’s efforts to level the score, Aduana maintained their dominance, and their persistence paid off in the 88th minute when Bamba Latif scored the second goal, sealing the win for the Fire club.
This victory has seen the Ogya boys climb to 11th position on the league table with 35 points.
On the other hand, Hearts of Oak sit 6th with 41 points after the loss.
The Phobians have now won one of their six matches.
