Roma owners forced to apologize for Jose Mourinho’s behaviour

Roma’s Friedkin owners felt compelled to go to referee Luca Pairetto’s dressing room to apologize for Jose Mourinho’s behavior following the Portuguese coach’s red card on Saturday.

Dan Friedkin, the Giallorossi’s owner, took the responsibility of apologizing following Mourinho’s touchline theatrics, which may potentially earn him a further suspension for forthcoming Serie A matches.

It is not the first time Mourinho has seen red this season for Roma, having been dismissed against Napoli in Serie A earlier this game having been booked twice by the officials.

He was even sent off in a friendly loss to Spanish team Real Betis before the start of the season, in an incident in which he attempted to enter the pitch to confront the referee.

How long will he last at the job, if after just 8 months, the club owners are already apologizing for his antics and the team isn’t even getting the results on the field?
