Ghanaian centre-back Rockson Yeboah is aiming for a standout campaign as IFK Göteborg prepare for the 2026-27 season in the Allsvenskan.
After encouraging displays in the 2024-25 season, the former AEK Athens loanee is eager to build on that momentum.
Yeboah is targeting another strong domestic campaign to attract interest from elite clubs across Europe.
He believes the upcoming season presents the perfect platform to elevate his career.
Speaking to Göteborgs-Posten, he said: ”This is the time for me to show what I have in me. This is the season that I hope everything goes as I planned.”
He added on his ambitious target for a marquee transfer switch next season.
”Yes, that’s the plan. Then only God decides how it will be. I will do my best and see what it gives me and the team.”
Yeboah made 14 appearances in all competitions for Göteborg during the 2024-25 campaign.
