Respect the Black Queens and pay them – Anthony Baffoe to Sports Ministry

Ex-Ghana international Tony Baffoe has called on the Sports Ministry to pay bonuses owed the Black Queens before the Zambia clash in the Olympics Qualifier on Friday.

The female senior national team of Ghana are yet to receive the promised renumeration from the qualifiers, with each player reportedly owed between $7,500 and $10,000.

Executive Committee representative for women’s football, Gifty Oware-Mensah promised the squad will be paid before their next assignment but yet to be done.

It is understood the playing body are considering boycotting the upcoming clash of the delay.

The Black Queens are currently in camp as they prepare to seal final spot for Paris 2024.
